Hat Works has a well-stocked gift and souvenir shop, a café and public internet facilities.

The Shop

This is a great place to look for that extra special gift. We have wide range of souvenirs, jewellery, hats etc.

Level 2 Café

Enjoy a breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or just a coffee at the Level 2 Cafe.

Here you can enjoy the taste and aroma of our speciality coffees and teas whilst relaxing in stylish surroundings. Unwind and take in the fabulous views of the viaduct whilst enjoying a sandwich or salad bowl with a refreshing beverage.

The is also internet access located in the Level 2 café. We have 6 PC’s available for public use. Find out more about the Level 2 Internet cafe.

Opening Hours

The shop, café and internet facilities are open during the museums opening hours.
Please note the café closes at 4pm midweek.
